Privacy notice
This notice explains the information used by the WEFTWARD store preview and its support inbox.
Who handles the information
WEFTWARD is the store name used on this site. The legal business identity, operating address and live support contact details have not yet been configured for launch. You can record a privacy request using the contact form. These business details must be completed before the store accepts live orders.
Information you provide
The support form collects your name, email address, selected topic, message and any order number you choose to provide. It also creates a request reference and received time. These details are used to record, review and handle your request, including sizing, delivery, returns or privacy questions.
If you use a customer account or checkout, WordPress and WooCommerce may hold the account, contact, address, cart and order information you enter. Do not enter real payment-card details into this store preview. No live payment processor is connected.
How the support form works
Requests are saved as private records in the site’s WordPress support inbox. Store administrators with the required access can review them. The form does not send an automated email or forward a request to an external helpdesk service.
A temporary recovery record keeps a form confirmation or validation state for up to 10 minutes. Abuse prevention uses a one-way hash of the connection address for a short request limit, expiring after up to an hour; the form does not save the raw address in the support ticket. This does not describe or control logs kept separately by a host or web server.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, manage requested transactions, keep necessary business records and protect the site from misuse. Where data-protection law applies, the relevant basis can include taking steps at your request, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in running and protecting the store. Providing a support email address does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and technical data
WordPress and WooCommerce can use essential cookies or local browser storage for account sessions, the cart and site functions. The current preview does not add an advertising, behavioural-tracking or marketing-cookie integration through this support module. Any future analytics or optional marketing tools will need to be described and configured before use, including consent where required.
Sharing and service providers
Support requests are not sold. A live shop may need to share necessary order details with hosting, payment, delivery or other operational providers. Those live provider arrangements and any applicable international data transfers must be documented before launch. The current form itself only saves a request to this WordPress site’s inbox.
Retention and security
Support records remain in the inbox until an administrator removes them, subject to necessary legal or transaction records. They are not automatically deleted on a schedule. Access is restricted through WordPress administrator permissions; no claim is made that this preview supplies end-to-end encryption or any absolute security guarantee.
Your choices and requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Use the privacy request form and include enough information to identify the record without sending identity documents unnecessarily. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also contact the data-protection authority available in your country.
Updates
This notice will need to be updated when the store’s operator, hosting, payment, delivery or support services are connected. Any material change should be reflected here before the relevant processing begins.
