Store terms
These terms describe the store’s intended shopping service. They sit alongside the product information, shipping policy and return policy.
Store status and identity
WEFTWARD is the store name. This is a website preview. The legal seller identity, business address, live support contact, payment service and return fulfilment details must be completed before launch. This preview does not collect payment or create a paid purchase.
Product information
Read the selected product’s description, photos, size guide and option labels before ordering. Brand names used for catalog grouping do not by themselves state affiliation or authorization. Do not infer a material composition, included accessory, authentication or other guarantee that is not expressly stated for the item.
Colour can look different under different lighting and screens. Size labels vary. A reference chart is guidance when identified as such. Coordinating tops and trousers marked as separate pieces are priced and sold separately.
Prices, options and availability
Displayed prices are in USD. Selecting a colour, size or piece identifies the item you want; it does not reserve stock by itself. The final item and order information must be available for review before a live payment is confirmed. If an error or an unavailable item prevents fulfilment, the store must explain the issue and offer the appropriate correction, cancellation or refund rather than make an unagreed substitution.
Delivery
Worldwide shipping is free. Estimated arrival is 7–20 calendar days after ordering, subject to customs and local delivery conditions. This is not a guaranteed arrival date. Any import duties or destination taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless the final order information expressly states otherwise. Read Shipping & delivery for the details.
Returns, exchanges and problems
The store offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy from delivery, in addition to statutory rights. The Returns & exchanges policy explains the request process, condition guidance, return postage and refund timing. Mandatory rights relating to cancellation, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Orders and support
For questions or a requested change, use the support form and keep the on-screen reference. The form records a request in a private store inbox; it does not send an automatic email. Do not use it to provide passwords, full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Site use and content
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to access private accounts, interfere with the service or submit harmful content. Product imagery and other materials may have rights belonging to the store or their respective owners; browsing the site does not grant a right to republish them.
Privacy
The Privacy notice explains the information collected through the store preview and support inbox. Live service-provider details must be added before the related services begin.
Legal rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to give up mandatory protections available in your country. Any terms governing a live purchase must be provided before that purchase. Later changes must not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order.
