When will my order arrive?

Estimated arrival is 7–20 calendar days after ordering, with free worldwide shipping. Customs, local delivery conditions and remote addresses can take longer.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Our voluntary offer covers unused, unwashed items with their original tags; trying on as you would in a shop is fine. You cover return postage for a change of mind or size. We cover it for an incorrect or defective item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How do I choose a size?

Open the item's Size guide and compare its measurements with a similar garment you already own. Switch between inches and centimetres. Labels vary by brand; a reference chart is identified where the exact item's measurements are unavailable.

Understanding product options

Select every available option on the product page before adding the item to your bag. A colour selection displays that colour’s available product photos. Some colours have only a shared group photo or detail reference; the product page identifies this where relevant.

For coordinating separates, the pieces shown in the Piece selector, such as a shirt and shorts or a hoodie and sweatpants, are sold individually. The selected option determines the price and what is included. A styled photo showing both pieces does not mean both are included.

Finding your size

Product size labels are kept as supplied and can vary between brands and items. The Size guide translates usable measurements into English and lets you switch between inches and centimetres. Do not assume a numbered label is a standard US size.

Compare the measurements with a similar garment laid flat. Check whether the chart describes a flat width, a full circumference or a height recommendation. Where an exact item’s chart is unavailable, a same-brand reference chart is explicitly identified and should be treated as guidance rather than measurements of that item. Ask us if the fit is uncertain.

Photos, colour and materials

Galleries contain the available product, model and useful detail photos. Lighting and screen settings can affect perceived colour. A styling image may include accessories or other clothing that is not included in the selected item. Read the product description and option labels to see what you are choosing.

Material and fit information varies by item. If a particular fibre, finish or measurement is essential, send a product question before ordering rather than assume it from an image.

Prices and currency

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices can differ between separately sold pieces. Select the item options to see the applicable item price. Shipping is free worldwide; any destination import charges are explained in the shipping policy.

Using your bag

Choose a colour, piece where available, and size to check availability. Items awaiting confirmation cannot be added until the store has confirmed supply. A sourced-after-ordering option is identified before purchase. For an available option, use Add to cart. Open the bag from the header to review the selected colour, size, piece and quantity. You can change quantities or remove an item before continuing.

In this store preview, the bag and checkout journey can be reviewed, but no live payment service is connected and no payment is collected. A sample journey is not a paid order.

Changing or cancelling an order

Submit an order request as soon as possible, quoting the order number and the change needed. Changes may be possible before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed. If an order has already been sent, the return policy explains the next step.

Contacting the store

The contact form records your request privately and shows a reference and access code. Save both, then use your email address to enter the support conversation and read replies or add a message. Internal store notes are not shown. No email is sent from this store preview; shipment records are rehearsals and do not provide live carrier tracking.
